SINCE 1970

Delvin Lumpkin moved his family and business from Tulsa, Oklahoma to Richmond, Virginia over 40 years ago. Today, the family continues to grow and provide expert concrete service to Richmond and larger Virginia.

The Central Concrete Inc. team consists of sons, daughters, and 50+ hardworking individuals.
